Intandem is able to supply clients with a dedicated website for online ordering of all uniform and merchandise from Intandem. This service has been operating for about 15 years. It is an e-commerce fulfilment supply chain model and it operates on a totally paperless system. 

All orders can be received on-line, or if required by phone or fax, and dispatched usually same day. This provides great speed of service, flexibility and transparency.

Our on-line system means that all our approved clients are able to go on-line and view the full product range and order items with a click of a button. Every product is shown with a live stock count to help make ordering simple and easy. All orders are received online and the completed order is automatically sent to the warehouse that picks and packs the order. All stock is automatically adjusted by the system with each individual order, instantly changing stock on hand for each individual apparel item in real time.

Trigger ordering is also part of the system, with the system automatically generating a repeat order fulfilment advice so that Intandem can purchase the required apparel items with the maximum lead time.

Usage patterns including sizing, item type, average use, seasonality is all produced electronically by our system and reviewed by us to ensure the ultimate efficient ordering system is achieved. We can see what items are working very well and we will automatically increase the stock holdings of those goods, and we can see poor selling items, and we can arrange on-line promotions etc., to offer discounts and benefits to quickly run these stock items down.

This online ordering system is available around the clock, 365 days of the year, 24x7.

The secure web (password protected) order process incorporates a user-friendly order interface and online product catalogue. The on-line catalogue features digital pictures for easy product identification, product codes, plain language descriptions (with key word search facility) and stock availability information.
