EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is the process in which thread is stitched onto the garment, replicating the logo required.  This is the most durable and long-lasting method of decoration and can be attached to a variety of apparel.  It is usually attached to caps, shirts, jackets and pants.

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is a printing technique where a logo or artwork image is applied to the garment through a mesh, used to transfer ink onto the garment.  Screen printing is a good option for decorating a large quantity of items and it is ideal for T-Shirts, singlets, hoodies and polos.

DIGITAL HEAT PRINTING

Digital screen printing uses a specialty vinyl of high quality artwork is transferred by heat and high pressure so that it seals to the garment.  Digital screen printing is ideal for using if only a small number of pieces need to be decorated.

SUBLIMATION

Sublimation is when the whole garment can be decorated.  You can design and create you own unique custom made garment and the print covers the entire garment, top to bottom, front to back.  You can select any colours, design layouts, logo’s, texts and a range of fabrics to suit your need.  This decoration option is particularly well suited to sporting and promotional gear as well as school wear, but can be used for any business that want something to stand out and be different.  This is a custom process and so the lead time is longer than other decoration options and printing is done before the garment is cut and made.

DIRECT TO GARMENT (DTG)

DTG is a digital print process when printing is used on a 100% cotton garment.  The process is therefore primarily used on T-Shirts and it embeds the image into the actual fabric of the garment.  It uses inkjet technology.  The garment absorbs the inks into the fibres, creating a softer feel to the traditional method of screen printing.  The inkjet machines can print in full colour using CMYKW.   Digital printing is also a great option for those working with a small budget.
